  Would never recommend this realestate to anyone, to be specific don't deal with Tracey, completely rude and inconsiderate. Only thing they are worried about is money in their pocket!

  A group of friends and I recently stayed at a property managed by Pacific Coast Property (Breakers 13) which was so filthy it was almost a health hazard. Our whole stay we felt uncomfortable and tried to avoid using any facilities in the apartment due to the lack of cleanliness. It was very clear it hadn’t been touched in a while as there was hair, dirt and grime everywhere. We reached out to Pacific Coast Property regarding this and requesting compensation, or even for a cleaner to attend the property. They offered us a late check out for the ‘inconvenience’ which was of no use to us as we did not want to extend our stay in a place we felt uncomfortable. We advised them that this would not be suitable and asked for 1 night of accomodation to be refunded to us as compensation. They responded that they didn’t deem a refund of 1 night fair, but offered us 1 night free if we chose to stay at Breakers 13 again. I’m struggling to understand the difference between refunding 1 night stay and offering 1 night free? Surely they’re of the same monetary value? I believe they offered this as they knew there would be no way we would take them up on this offer, which is quite frankly appalling service. I would not recommend booking a property with them and will definitely not be returning to Breakers 13 in the future.

  Unit G2 Beachpoint @ Forster. The most disgusting filthy place we have ever stayed in an absolute health hazard. They tried to justify the filthy state by advising us there are strict water restrictions what a joke! If I could show everyone the photos I would. BTW their cleaners need to be sacked.

  We were left extremely unimpressed with the level of communication and customer care here. We left a complaint about how filthy the apartment was and we waited two nights for a reply. We were looking for a simple, affordable place as we arent looking to spend too much time in the apartment during our stay however the state of the apartment left us feeling extremely uncomfortable with staying there, to the point where we didn't want to sit on the lounges or walk barefoot on the carpet or even eat inside. We noticed crumbs and hair in many places, as well the cutlery, plates, and glasses left sticky and dirty. The wardrobe doors were also broken which was quite dangerous. We went out and bought extra blankets to use, as well as blankets to sit on as everything felt so dusty and dirty. The place had a strong smell when we entered so we had to air it out, as well as get rid of a few dead cockroaches. Communication to help get a cleaner in or ideally organise alternative accommodate would have greatly improved our stay. We will not be going to these people again.

  I've been holiday renting with Margaret Price for a few years and they've been the best real estate in Forster, the staff are friendly and the apartment is very nice highly recommend renting with Margaret price!
