  I purchased a suitcase (not a cheap one either) and after 2 uses the wheel and its casing cracked and also the front received a massive split in it. I took it back under "the warranty" to be told that they will replace the wheel only as the cracked casing is because of baggage handlers. The split and the crack in the casing is not covered under warranty. It is my understanding that you purchase a suitcase for travel which 99% of the time go through baggage handlers. It was my understanding that the product should be able to with stand baggage handling! Absolutely disgusted and will never purchase from Strandbags again. Price of the suitcase was $175
