She has a vast knowledge of anatomy and musculoskeletal function and I am always amazed at her ability to find just the right spot to provide relief! She is very good at what she does and generous with her time. Some massages aren't worth it but a visit to Synergy Massage Therapy is definitely worthwhile. Carolyn is very friendly, professional practitioner and I highly recommend her to anyone. I have since been back once a month for maintenance treatments.

I get remedial massage therapy to help with my migraines and a frozen shoulder. I have found relief seeing her that I wasn't able to with anyone else. I always feel great after a massage. I highly recommend getting a massage from Carolyn.

- Jesse Somer Added January 08, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had a few remedial massages with Carolyn, and they were definitely a step above in regard to her knowledge of human physiology and ways to solve issues of pain or tightness. She takes a holistic approach, recommending specific stretches for your issues in addition to the therapy she provides. She has reached some small muscles and areas that only the rare few massage therapists amongst us have seemingly even known to exist, and the myotherapy and trigger point therapy used has resulted is genuine healing, and an increase in overall mobility.
