  My wife and I changed practices several months ago and I can sincerely say that our new doctor, doctor Gao is both thorough and a very nice man. The rest of the team at the surgery are top notch and very friendly also.

  By far the best clinic in this area that you will find. Friendly administration staff who go out of their way to help with what ever they can and the doctors & nurses here are thorough, professional and respectful.

  I visited Forster on holiday and had what I thought were blocked ears needing to be cleared.
  As I was not an ongoing patient at other local practices I could not get an appointment within 4-5 days, and I knew my ear issue couldn't wait that long.
  Another medical practice referred me to call Wallis Street as they said they had a good team there.
  I made a phone call and was assisted over the phone by the reception team and nurse, made an apptmnt for the following day and was given instructions for what to do overnight.
  I visited the clinic the following day, had my ears checked by Dr Gao (who was a lovely man, very approachable and easy to talk to) and it was determined I needed antibiotics for an infection and not a blockage as I initially thought.
  The cost was very very fair (approx $75 with half of that rebated through medicare as a bonus) and overall a 10/10 experience.
  Their admin/reception team are very polite and kind, and it appears they have a great reputation locally.
  If you are on holiday and need to see a GP, or live locally and want secondary advice, I would encourage you to make a call.

  If your willing to wait for hours in the waiting room, for your appointment to see the doctor, by all means this clinic would suit you.
  
  Another added service that this clinic offers is the reception staff discussing loudly what specialist your being referred too, so that all the other people waiting in the room to hear, & get a pretty good idea what health problems you have..Well by all means once again, this clinic is for you.
